Shaker Village of Pleasant Hill is situated on 3,000 acres of rolling hills
and farmland in Kentucky's Bluegrass region. Guest rooms are located in 19th
century buildings where the Shakers once worked and lived. Rooms are
furnished with Shaker inspired reproductions. All accommodations have a
private bath, telephone, and television, and are heated/air-conditioned.
Rooms are located on 1st, 2nd, and 3rd
floors. Please note: no elevators are available in the historic
buildings.
A VISA or MasterCard is required to reserve your room.
If your reservation is cancelled less than 48 hours prior to
arrival, a $50.00 cancellation fee will be charged to your credit card. If your
reservation is canceled after 3:00 p.m. (Eastern Time) on day of arrival, the
first night room rate and tax will be charged to your credit card. Any change in this reservation
must be made by phone (1-800-734-5611 x360).
The following special event and holiday dates require a two week cancellation notice:
Thanksgiving
(Wednesday and Thursday night), Chamber Music Festival of the Bluegrass (Saturday
and Sunday night), Shaker Village Antique Show (Friday and Saturday night) &
Shaker Village Craft Fair (Friday and Saturday night).
Check-in time is 3:00 p.m.; check-out time is 11:00 a.m. Rates are
based on single or double occupancy. Children 17 and under stay free (room
only) when sharing with an adult.
All rooms at The Inn at Shaker Village are non-smoking. Pets are not allowed
in buildings, however there are a few select guest rooms that will accommodate
pets with a $20.00 pet fee per night. Pet friendly rooms cannot be booked
online. Please call the Inn directly to reserve a pet friendly room. All room
rates are subject to 6% Kentucky sales tax and a 4% room tax.
